Heera is wrongly accused of murder and is sentenced to death, but he manages to escape from prison and becomes a bandit. He tries to prove his innocence and kills anyone who comes in his way.

Arjun Saxena, a police officer, is at odds with his younger brother Ajay, a defence lawyer, because of a client that Ajay believes is innocent of the charges incurred.

Ajay finds it difficult to work in a corrupt society. Hence, he begins to gamble and soon finds himself helping the prostitutes who are exploited by Ekka Seth.

Vijay falls for Madhu and wishes to marry her. However, things take a turn when Raja, Vijay's step-brother, attempts to destroy their relationship.
