
Norifumi Suzuki (sometimes misspelled as Noribumi due to Japanese accent) is a Japanese director mostly known for his work on Torakku Yarou comedy film series. He is a recipient of the 1985 Yokohama Film Festival Career Award and the 2015 Japan Academy Prize for Special Award from the Chairman.

The film portrays the life of Tatsuya, a young man of proper descent whose outward respectability hides his urges for rape and torture. This handsome rapist seduces women, then brings them to the basement of the mansion he inherited from his well-to-do parents, where he indulges in lengthy sessions of sado-sexual violence.
