Richard M. Dumont (born in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian voice actor, writer and director who has worked in both Canada and the United States. One of the well known voice over work he has done include Menator, the aging leader of the Olmecs in The Mysterious Cities of Gold, Grognard in Night Hood, Iron Nose in Iron Nose: The Mysterious Knight, King in The World of David the Gnome, Petronella's henpecked husband A.D. in Bobobobs, Mr. Besser in the Canadian dubbed version of The Kids from Room 4
